Refund policy

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase with no additional costs/fees. Customers have 10 days to return product after delivery.
Product must be unused and in original packaging when returned.

To return, customers must call customer service at 716-629-3444 and request a return authorization. Customers pay for any shipping and insurance costs associated with returning or exchanging product. No refund will be provided until SafeGuard inspects and approves the returned product upon return delivery.

SafeGuard holds the right to deny any refunds to the customer if the materials are found to be damaged or used by customer. Any items lost or damaged during the shipment back to SafeGuard will not be refunded. Any items damaged during shipping will be returned to the customer, who will be liable for all additional shipping charge.
